This is template harbor. As the name of the template is saying, there is a vague and misty image of a "harbor", with clouds at the top of the blog as design, as if you are looking over the sea into the far away distance, with next to it the shape of a light house.

It is impossible to change the color of the background.

It can give the blog a romantic feeling, or a feeling of nostalgia, just the way somebody can feel it.
There are not as many elements to give a color at as yellyfish, or herbert, but the possibilities for letter fonts are more rich than at these templates.
